Straub's neurologists perform neurological evaluations and diagnoses for patients of all age groups. Evaluations include electrodiagnostic testing as well as topographical brain mapping. Patients with balance, equilibrium or dizziness problems are tested with special equipment. Neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis can be diagnosed with special tests as well.

Straub was one of the first in Hawaii to treat stroke with TPA, a blood clot dissolving drug that has helped many patients avoid the devastating effects of stroke.

Straub's Sleep Disorders Center is an accredited, full-service sleep center in the Pacific Basin which offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services to patients of all ages with sleep-related disorders such as insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, obstructive sleep apnea, heavy snoring, Narcolepsy, nightmares or sleepwalking/sleeptalking.
